This is the 2nd pair of switch binding I have owned. I love them comboed with vans boots with the boa system. No pressure points and all the stability you want from the boa cables. Quick in and out I have loved these binding since I rented a pair and had to switch over to Switch!

Strength:

-No more sitting on your arse strappin up -easy to use -no foot cramps an/or numb feet from cinched straps

Weakness:

Plastic components get brittle in the cold.

All you kids out there who think Strapless suck need to try a pair of these. This is my 5th season with them and my feet have NEVER popped out of these babies. I always had numb feet with my old Burton bindings from the straps. These things are way comfortable and work great. These things rarely (almost never) get plugged with snow due to the simple rail snap in design. My Northwave boots work awesome with these and fit like they were made for just me. You punks that hack on the step-ins need to get over it. The only negative with this binding is that the rear lean adjust lever is made of plastic. I just snapped mine last weekend at Sun Peaks in -18 Celcius temperatures. If the thing was made of metal it would never have broken. Luckily almost no one but no one likes step ins so I am buying brand new replacement Drake/Switch bindings on Ebay for under 50 bucks.

Advanced

Strength:

-fast strap in time -semi-responsive (not the best)

Weakness:

-come out when you eat it hard -snow gets clogged -you have to lean way far forward just to get the binding tighter (unlike Drake switch)

I liked the binding but now that I'm stepping things up and riding alot more pipe they're just too heavy. I have also ridden the drake swithches and liked those alot better because they are easier to adjust and tighten. The one i liked was the quickness of getting.

Strength:

Secure, convenient, light.

Weakness:

Snow and ice clogs, weak highback lock.

My favorite binding so far. I''m getting Team-X''s next, so I''ll let you know. They feel really secure and responsive, and are beyond easy to use. Snow and ice clogs are easily cleared by stomping the highback or whacking the board on the ground. Also, the highback locks tend to release from buttslides so don''t fall. ;)
