My wife got me one of these for Father''s Day last year. I''ve hardly taken it off since! This vest (the first vest I''ve owned - I thought they were just fashion accessories!)is very comfortable and extremely versatile. I use mine primarily when I mountain bike. It''s great for blocking the wind, but breathes very well. It also excels at keeping your core warm during breezy Spring/Fall hikes. A great piece of gear - very light & packable. This piece definitely lives up to the Marmot motto "Clothing as Gear".

Customer Service

Don''t know - I''ve never had any serious problems with any Marmot product yet.

Wow, not in a million years would I have believed that I would be impressed with a vest. Marmot DriClime is remarkable stuff, and the vest seems to be it''s best application. It dries faster than a bald head in the sun, weighs less than an issue of Rock and Ice, and I bet you could fit three of them inside a Nalgene. I''ve worn mine in all sorts of conditions in the backcountry - climbing, hiking, running and skiing - and I rarely go anywhere without it. The greatest testament I can give is that it kept me comfortable while running a marathon in the rain. I wish I could say that about my shoes.

Customer Service

Impeccable. Nine out of ten times, their customer service knows the gear and knows the appropriate product.
