Strength:
easy to ride and do trix, very responsive and not stiff, dont really feel bumps. Easy to land on. Recommend absolutely to anyone.
Weakness:
bad graphics, paint comes off too easily, ... I have practically no paint left under the bingings once I removed them, looks unpretty that way. Well, and maybe a little too narrow, I have size 11 boots and I have to rotate the bindings at least 5 degrees to avoid hitting snow with boots while doing turns - but its not a problem once U get used to it. nice nice nice, love it, very responsive and easy to control. I usa it primarily for freeride, and ocasionally do some tricks. Similar Products Used: custom '01 and '00, FreeSurf boards (french), Burton dragon, Salomon (sux) |

Strength:
Awesome amount of flex to it. You can manual all day long, but if you land on tail or nose you know it'll be hard to snap.
Weakness:
Paint on top layer chips a bit, still a beautyful board. Rated #1 Freestyle Board for 2002. That's why I bought it, it deserves the rating, that's why I love it. Similar Products Used: Burton Bullet Burton Seven Ride Fuel |

Strength:
Flex and snap. Great stability at medium to high speeds. Strong edge hold, and turns very easily, healthy sidecut.
Weakness:
Base will scratch, but they all do. Top sheet will scracth and chip easily. This is a great board. Great snap, yet still has good flex. Very stable and holds the snow really well. The more you give it, the more it gives back. Similar Products Used: Burton Motion |

Great board. I have only riden it once so I don''t yet know how long it lasts. I had a Burton Charger and this one is way better. I was flying down the diamonds and double diamonds with no problem. It did well in the park although I wasn''t really pushing it very hard. I thought I was going to need a shorter board but the people at the shops I went to suggested about a 160. I''m only abut 5''10" and 130lbs. but it works great. It''s very stable at speed and ollies pretty well. Overall I think it''s a great board. Similar Products Used: Burton Charger› |

Strength:
1.Stiffness:not too stiff, not too soft, perfect snap for ollies 2.Board:Perfect for every type of terrain, and rider skill 3.Graphics:its got some nice lines and design to it 4.Sinthered base:nice and fast
Weakness:
1.Topsheet:scratches too easily, and starts delameing after a couple times of riding. 2.Paint:starts coming off under the bindings(you won''''t see it with your bindings on, only when you take it off for waxing) If Burton can fix these problems, then this board will be a smash hit. This board is SICK!,although the its a bit pricy. Its got a nice snappy feel to it, yet not too stiff that it doesn''''t flex.Perfect for all around riding, Park and pipe?:no problem, Rails?:it can handle it too, All mountain riding?:its made for it. This board is for anyone from the intermediate to hardcore level and riders that like to kill in everything Similar Products Used: Sims FS600, Ride Timeless |

Strength:
Great rebound. Very lite board Good combination stifness and flex
Weakness:
None. Well except for my spelling I quess ;-) Great board. I''''''''ve rode(riden?) the charger before so it was a bit of a culture shock. Carves great and holds strong on ice. Makes me want to push myself harder. During high speed it doesn''''''''t shake but stays straight in line.Don''''''''t do jumps so can''''''''t comment on that one, and I''''''''m waiting for powder to give it a try off-piste. I quess only the Burton-frontier is even better for a soft booter who wants to carve a mountain up Similar Products Used: Burton air 6.0 (1988 yes another century) Burton charger 6.0 |

First of all, the flex. I can go big on jumps, hit some speed in the backcountry, and ride the pipe with enough pop with it. Those types of riding all go into the stiff category... But I find myself popping huge ollies, stable nosepresses, jibbing the rainbow rail and tables effortlessly too. The base is fast - Sintered 4000, and is ideal for jibbing, but beware, it scratches. The top sheet I have few complaints, it only scratched after my board got ran over by a skier, no biggy. Now the bad stuff - It started delaminating on my 9th day on a noseslide on the boxes - It''s completely okay and ridable now, because I imediately took it to the repair shop and got it epoxied - If i covered the small section with a sticker you''d never know. The flex also wears softer after about 14 full days on he hill, but I actually bought the board with that in mind cuz I wanted a softer board for spring and summer. Thats all. |

really good snap solid. no complaints, but since it''s an all-around board, you sacrifice carving power when you''re freeriding. to me it feels a lot more like a freestyle board than a freeride. the back is long and can get away from you when you''re carving. but i can''t complain because that''s what the custom is: a freeride/freestyle hybrid. really similar to my old k2 a-star (another solid all around board) Similar Products Used: k2 a-star |
