Strength:
The slight taper definitely helps stay up in the deep- only drawback is tricky switch landings. Look forward to seeing how it carves. Pro Oxnard Concrete Weakness:

this thing is a monster. With the response of a Porsche and the stability of a cadillac I can take this baord anywhare on the mountain. It floats right over deep pow, holds an edge on steep and icey groomes and navigates trees with no problem. Not only does it felx for optimum carving but it allows me to crash through loose bumps without hesitation. this board is great for people who enjoy freeriding. I've had a blast on it and I highly recomend it. |

i demo'd this board in march when it snowed 28 out of 31 days this year. wanted to try a different board and heard good things about the triumph for stability. it rode like a steam roller. mashed thru the chops and didn't pound the knees to hard. it's edge and grips were ok and the turning tolerable. a solid board but in the end... i felt like a tank and was stable like a tank.. but turned like a caboose. it was stale in response and overall enjoyment. i demo'd four boards and this was at the bottom of the list! |
