Strength:
Great all-around board - does everything well.
Weakness:
Toaster-sized chunks of hard ice on the summit posed a problem, but probably would be for any board under 50 pounds! I demo'd four boards in one day, and this was definitely my favorite! It's so easy to go edge to edge, you can turn without much effort at all, yet it holds an edge at high speeds. The board is super light, but still is stiff enough to give you control. I tried the Mix on a really warm day with cruddy slopes, probably the worst conditions for this board, and it still blew away the competition. Buy it! Sweet! I am a beginner rider, and this is my first board. At first I wasn't used to the stiffness and speed, but I was shredding the black diamonds by the end of the first day. I never got the same speed and accuracy with rental boards. The board was great for me as a beginner, but will be there for me when I move up in riding levels. |

Strength:
Stable at high speed, holds an edge, narrow waist.
Weakness:
None Holds an edge at high speed, carves great, easy to control in moguls, and it''s got good float in the pow. If you have small feet, you''ll appreciate the narrow waist. This board is a little on the stiff side, so it''s better suited to aggressive riders. Similar Products Used: Burton Charger, Burton Feelgood. |

Strength:
Nice and light, there''s no way your foot will fall asleep on the lift with this board.
Weakness:
Not as flexible as I would like, but it gets the job done. This is a great board for women riders who like to challenge themselves. It holds a great edge (no catching in the flats), is solid, and is super-fast. Basically it is the best board I have ever ridden. BUY IT! |
