Tricky to turn quickly through moguls, as the edges tend to grip and carve through them which doesn't suit my moguls style. Tends to carve rather than do snappy turns, which doesn't feel as comfortable in the trees (yet).

Just got this board after transitioning from a Palmer Classic. This board puts an edge into the snow that sticks like glue and the Honeypro carves really hard if you want it to. The biggest problem I found was trying to get the board to slide, as it always tries to carve. The pop in this board is far much more than I ever experienced out of the Palmer Classic, particularly in the tail, and you can launch off just about anything. The board is fast (very fast) and doesn't chatter much at all, so you don't realise how fast you're going until you realise you just passed everyone on the slope.

Im reveiwing the 02-03.Great pop,super light,some seriously sick carve, 17 years of riding and she can toss ya. Sticks like crazy glue on some rails,The only downfall.

Not the best for powder but it works.

This board rules. It is a great board for a freerider who is starting to move into the parks and a more freestyle type of riding in general. Carves like a dream. Rules in the pipe, Very forgiving.

Does not like to go slow. Other boards might perform better at low and high speeds. If you want a board to push you to go faster because that is how this one responds then the HoneyPro is your board.

This board rocks! I was looking for a board that didnt chatter (like my Burton Custom) when hauling down the mountain. I also wanted to be able to turn on a dime in the trees. This board has it all! The dual sandwich/cap sidewalls hold tight.

It''s a dart!!!!! Wants to head straight downhill. Boy is it fast. A little difficult to get used to, but once you tame the "bich" it can do wonders. Huge tail pops, great carving, and fast and stable.

This board is the lightest board I''ve ever seen its got amazing graphics it has to be the coolest looking board nearly cause you can see right threw it. The honeypro has descent flex but has a ton of pop. It''s great for the half-pipe, kickers, or just free riding. Very fast board

Fast, light and quick. It has the most pop in the tail section and has strongest edge grip of any board.

Little weak on powdery days.

The tail has so much snap! The board is also super light and it''''s lighting quick from edge to edge. Wow, incredible edge grip! Very fast and stable at high speed. the Pro is not made to go slow. You need some speed to flex the board. I will not ride anything else on packed powder and ice.

The Pro was easy to ride even for a begginer like me. I''m too old for tricks and just mostly carve. Surprisingly it was a very easy board to carve. The base seems fast. I was just blew other snowboarders away.

I''m a beginner and I was intimidated by this board. Did a lot of reserch. The Classic, Honeycomb and Honeypro all have the exact same shape with only differences in manufacturing and flex. The classic is all wood and medium flex. The Honeycomb is a Classic with a mostly honeycomb core and therefor lighter, more torsional stiff. The Honeycomb also has carbon sheets througout for more stiffness and rebound than the Classic. The Honeypro flexes similar to the classic with most of the core being wood. There is honeycomb in the tip and tail for reduced weight and swing weight for spins The major difference between the Classic and Pro is the extra carbon slats in the tail for more pop when launching for air. The Pro is medium flexing to help transitions on jumps and pipe but with a snappy tail to get more air.
