I traded in a old destroyed fleetwood (rock board), for this board and $65! Almost brand new! That was the best deal ever! I road 3 boards that day, and never new that it could get better. I love this board, and recommend it to anyone. Floats perfect, and glides sharp and fast. Nice flex, and the shape allows for any situation. With a Stocky tail, and Long nose, creates a flow that feels great. The Agility, is awesome. Light weight, Powder Board!!

Strength:

This board is alot of fun to ride. Its not overly stiff so you can throw it around easily and take advantage of that flex. Nose rolls, presses, tail presses, and other tricks of that nature are cake. Nice shape for deep snow. Real nice at high speeds and laying down ruts in cuorduroy.

Weakness:

Durability: Top sheet tends to chip and scratch up. Palmer power links left nice ugly marks where they were once installed - I dunno if they do that to all boards. The tip and tail bumpers damage easily. I somehow pressed an edge to the point that it curves in deeper for an inch or two instead of continuing with the intended sidecut.

Sweet board. Not as stiff as I expected but wont chatter out and holds an edge with the best of them. This board can hold its own whether you're laying down huge powder turns or hitting rails in the park. Highly recommended.

Strength:

stiff and has lots of snap, no chatter with high speed, great edgae hold.

Weakness:

none although there are new boards designed specifically for the park with no edges. If your jibtastical Id go w/a dominant or something

I just bought the 03-04 JL this season cause I love my 95-96 so much. Great board for the intermediate to advanced rider. I learned on this but it is stiff and fast.

I have the wide version of this board and am very impressed with its performance. It has very quick edge to edge response and I can even lay down sweet carves... its like a race board, crazy edge hold. The pop is simply wonderful, nice and stiff , very stable and won''t wash out on big hits

Strength:

stiff and poppy

Weakness:

no switch riding at an enjoyable level

This board does not ride well in the park or pipe. it has a sidecut of 8.75, wich is very little. it does ride well in powder. it is super stiff, hence stable at high speeds. The double kick tail helps when going regular, but plows to a kartwheel when riding switch. do not buy this board if you ride switch or halfpipe.

This board is extremely stable at high speed. Does well in the park as well as in powder. It''s pretty light compared to other boards. Great deal overall.
