Sweet,I took one of these for a season to NZ and had heard some of the parts in the binding clamp can sometimes break so I contacted Burton who sent me 2 packs of free spare parts before I had even left the UK (thats why I always use Burton, they have come through 3 times for me now).
Anyhow, the spares weren't needed though my mate has the same board and had trouble with the heel riser though I don't know if he contacted Burton over the problem.

Advanced

Strength:

tool free conversion w/ no separate parts to lose and climbing skins w/ regenerating adhesive so they stick to the board regardless of conditions

Weakness:

none

This is the best thing ever for snowboarders because the only thing that sucked about boarding was flat spots. I have put this board through every possible riding condition from boiler plate ice to waist deep pow and I could not ever tell the difference between a split board and a solid board. This ride is as solid as they come with 6 points of connection you would never know that it is split down the middle. Best on the market, hands down.
