Thule gave the Excursion ES Cargo Box a rear-opening design for safe curbside access and to let you still get to your gear when you have bike racks on each side of your crossbars. The Excursion ES Cargo Box uses Thule's EasySnap mounting system which quickly attaches to nearly any crossbars out there. Thanks to the 13cu feet of cargo space, this box easily holds the backpacks for you and your three passengers as you drive to the trailhead.
