at www.w-trek.com Summary: I love these crampons. The mono/dual point option makes them very adaptable so i can use them when climbing mixed or pure ice, not to meantion alpine routes. I wear both Raichle and Kayland boots and they work and fit just fine. Customer Service: Purchased from W-Trek Outfitters, www.w-trek.com and the customer service was great. Answered all questions i had with real knowledge. Similar Products Used: Trango harpoon
