These boots are ok. I bought them because they felt as comfortable as a sneaker at the store and were light. I have some issues with these boots though.

1) Too hard underfoot, especially in the front. After a long day hiking it feels like the front half of the boot has a wooden sole. My Vasque Clarions are WAY softer and more comfortable on extended hikes.

2) The waterproof barrier failed in one boot in less than a year under light-moderate use.

3) The stock laces come undone quite easily unless double-knotted.

The Customer Service person informed me that if I paid to ship the boots to Asolo, that they would look at them, but if the boots appeared to have been put to hard use, the company could not/would not do anything for me.
