None I am a very disapointed in this bag. If TNF was honest up front with the tempurature rating I would have gotten a different bag. I have had this bag out several times now and have to say I can''t seem to get warm in it when the temp drops below 40 degrees F. I was fully clothed with wool socks, long underwear, beenie cap, and a fleece jacket with the bags draw strings fully closed and still liked to froze at 34 degrees. Other than that this is a great summer/spring bag. It''s nice and light and dries quickly. Just get a liner for it if you expect the tempuratures to drop below 40. Customer Service Haven''t had to call them yet Similar Products Used: Really old TNF down bag which was loosing it''s loft and needing a replacement. |

None
Weakness:
None I found this bag unsatisfactory for anything other than summer camping. I get cold fairly easily, and found that (for me) the temperature rating was way off. There were some 45-50 degree nights when I got a chill in the bag, and anything lower results in a really bad night''s sleep. So, if you don''t get cold very easily, this shouldn''t affect you. However, if you get even the slightest bit chilly on a cool late spring night, I would suggest a different bag. Customer Service Never used Similar Products Used: Marmot Never Summer |

This sleeping bag is alright. Nothing too special. It does live up to the 20 degree protection since I used it at Arryo Seca and I felt pretty warm in the morning. I do notice the deminishing qualities of North Face products, except for their more expensive items (I think). The threads are loosing up a bit and the wear of the sleeping bag seems to be getting weaker. A good tug could put this thing in the customer service department. I do notice the lack of service from The North Face in San Francisco and sometimes the outright bone-headedness of some of it's workers. Not all of them are bad, but those that are really do not know what they are talking about. If I knew their image and quality was deminishing at this rate, I would've looked more deeply into Marmot for my sleeping bag and Mountain hardwear to replace my Kichatna jacket. Although the Kichatna jacket is a good jacket, just got jackasses selling them. Customer Service Careful about the lining. Inspect the material and overall shape of the bag to see if your comfortable in it. I actually got inside one to see what fit the best. Try to grab a hold of a knowledgeable worker or at least one that is willing to work. Similar Products Used: Coleman |

I have had mine about 3 years, and love it as much, if not more than the day I got it. It has been on several mountain bike trips, and has served me well. I have never felt cold, even at over 9000 feet in early June or when wet. It packs pretty small and is light, but I can see how it might feel cramped for bigger people. I am 6'1", weigh 185, and find it to have plenty of room. Customer Service No experience with customer service due to problems, but they sent me a pack of the glow in the dark zipper pulls that are on my new Perrigrine tent at no charge. The new Cat's Meow has a glow in the dark tab on the zipper and it it a great idea. No more fumbling to find the pull after a midnight whizz!! Similar Products Used: Coleman-okay for family trips |

I read the last 20 or so reviews. What are you guys talking about you can't be sleeping in the same bag. Customer Service I have purchases and used various TNF products. Any problems I have had have been taken care of swiftly under an excellent warranty. Similar Products Used: EMS down bag +15 degrees |

I have been increadibly happy with this bag. I have used it on backpacking and mountaineering trips. I have even used it without a tent is 18 degree weather and slept just fine. It compreses down very small and leaves extra room in the bottom of your pack. Similar Products Used: I have used a 15 degree Slumberjack sleeping bag before I got my Cat's Meow and I noticed the differance. The slumberjack didnot keep me warm below twenty-five degrees, while I sept the Cat's Meow did fine at 18 degrees. |

I've owned this bag for over eight years and have used it from everything from backpacking throughout New Zealand, North Carolina, and the Sea Islands of Georgia and SC. It, quite simply, has been an indispensible piece of gear. It's rated at 20 degrees but it feels warmer. My girlfriend and I zip our two bags together to form one big sleeping sack that perfect for those wilderness escapades. It dosn't pack as small as lots of other bags (though I hear the Polarguard 3D is a lot more compressible) but it's worth every ounce in the pack. |

Great bag, spent the extra for the D.L. doesn't snag as much and got it for $177! I figure whats an extra 20 bucks. Like that it can connect to any TNF 3D bag of opposing zipper. Customer Service have not had to deal with them yet |

This bag has lived up to the North Face's reputaion as being warm and comfortable. I bought this bag from a fiend who didn't care for the mummy style bags. So I ended up with a good deal on a nice bag. So far I've only goten a chance to use it during the winter in 20-0 degree weather. So far it has kept me warm. Also the wieght and packability is great as well. I'll continue to use it till I wears out. |

I have used the Cats Meow several times in alot of different conditions. The bag is lightweight and compressable. I have slept in single digit temperatures and stayed warm. The quality is excellent, so I have never had to test North Faces warranty. I purchased the bag at REI, and have no doubt that they would honor any warranty issues should I ever have any. Prior to this bag, I used a military issue down bag. That bag was much heavier and not any warmer than the much lighter North Face bag. |
